First build, Turning a '78 CB400T into a Cafe racer. Hey everyone. This is my first motorcycle build and I will warn you, I have not done much work on bikes at all. However, I understand how they work and run for the most part. I have been riding for about 4 years now so I do have some experience with bikes.

Great bike, had the kickstart as well as electric start, however it was a bitch to start when the engine was cold. The electric start wasn't even an option, and i'd spend 5-10mins kicking it. I've heard cold starts on old CB's are commonly tedious.
