It's unrealistic to get always get 100 septims regardless of what/who you're fighting. I don't bump it up a whole lot, myself - it stays 100 for bandits, 150 for forsworn, 250 for giants, and 500 for dragons. You can also do a small leveled reward, i.e. an extra 5 septims per character level for the leveled enemies factor.
Jobs of Skyrim 2017 would be ideal, but as of today, it seems relatively buggy and unsupported. Otherwise, it would be absolutely perfect. I know it's not really a house mod, but I've found that using {honed metal} really changed my play style in Skyrim. I've done a play through without smithing alchemy and enchanting for the first time since the game came out and it really costs a lot a lot of money in the long run to keep your equipment going, especially when using enchanted stuff.
