The only reason I purchased Spotify was because of the integration with my Ford Sync system. It really worked well. It appears that Ford Sync still supports Pandora so it looks like I'll be cancelling Spotify and moving to Pandora. Such a shame. 😞
Factory fitted audio and bluetooth on my Kuga. No problem with connectivity until a few days ago when my phone debonded from the Kuga bluetooth for no apparent reason. Now I cannot connect to the car's bluetooth and the advanced search on the menu does not even give me a bluetooth on/off option.There is no problem with the phone.

My iphone suddenly was not able to connect but was working well for a year. Master reset did the trick for me. I tried everything from OS upgrade , forgetting the phone, repairing, soft reset, sync download. Finally master reset and downloading the latest sync 3 patch worked. Ford escape 2020 sync 3.
After suffering a flat battery myThe Sync system on my 2017 ST line Kuga stopped working - the sat nav continued but could not access the menu/settings/phone etc. The reset instructions shown in the handbook did not solve the problem. After discussing with my local Ford dealer this solved the problem:

You dont say what model car you have, if its a 2016-19 MK2 uplift try pulling fuse F67 for 15 minutes in the passenger footwell fusebox then do a retune.
